Products and Services
The M. R. Stone Group provides countertop fabrication, installation, and flooring & tile related products and services. The specific scope of work, materials, pricing, and other project details are defined in the customer's estimate, proposal, contract, or invoice.

Payment Terms
Customers agree to pay all amounts according to the payment schedule established in their estimate, proposal, contract, or invoice. Payments may be made using the payment methods made available by The M. R. Stone Group.

Changes and Cancellations
Changes to or cancellation of an order may be subject to additional charges, particularly after materials have been ordered, fabrication has begun, or other project-specific costs have been incurred. Any applicable cancellation or change of terms contained in the customer's contract or proposal will also apply.

Refunds
Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the individual project, including whether materials have been ordered or fabricated and whether services have already been performed. Customers should contact The M. R. Stone Group directly regarding any refund request.

Fabrication, Delivery and Installation
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, field conditions, customer-requested changes, scheduling, and other circumstances. Specific delivery, fabrication, and installation expectations will be communicated as part of the individual project.

Privacy
Information provided by customers is used to provide products and services, communicate regarding projects, process payments, and operate our business. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to perform these functions. Payment information submitted electronically may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and transactions with The M. R. Stone Group are governed by the laws of the state in which The M. R. Stone Group operates, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
